AI boxes usually mean hand-built driver setups that break on reinstall. nixos-dgx-spark ships USB images and a NixOS module for DGX Spark hardware. Playbook dev shells handle host GPU drivers for CUDA automatically on Ubuntu, and the GRUB boot menu offers two kernel options. Factory firmware only boots DGX OS, so update the firmware before installing — then your Spark runs NixOS.
