What qm is
Most agents are designed like personal assistants. You can make one work for a whole company, but it quickly gets complex. QM is designed for startups. Employees each get their own isolated workspace, and can also collaborate with the agent in channels, group messages, and projects.

QM gives every employee their own AI agent workspace while letting them collaborate in Slack channels and web apps. Each person gets isolated memory, files, permissions, and a durable sandbox for running tests, monitoring CI, building internal apps, and tracking projects. The system runs through a central core that switches between multiple harnesses and models. You can now deploy AI agents across your entire startup without workspaces colliding.
